Low season

We will send you an invoice with cleaning fees, restocking expenses, and our commission, which you are required to settle upon receiving the rental income directly deposited into your bank account.

The operation is the same as in the low season; we will send you an invoice (cleaning fees, restocking, and our commission) to be settled following the completed rentals. The commission is higher in the summer, during the high season.

According to reservations and travelers' consumption, with a maximum monthly billing. For accommodation:

2 persons: maximum of €15 per week

4 persons: maximum of €30 per week

6 persons: maximum of €45 per week

For rentals of 2 weeks or more, we pay special attention to the travelers, welcoming them with flowers, Breton biscuits, or champagne, for example.

Cleaning

How are cleaning fees organized?

They are included in the rental price and are paid by the travelers at the time of booking. You collect them, but they are to be reimbursed to us.

The project :

Monique, owner of a charming second home in Roscanvel, has decided to share her haven of peace with travelers when she and her family are not staying there during the summer. Residing primarily in Nantes, Monique wants to make the most of the vacant periods of her home by offering it as a short-term rental to tourists without having to invest time in the process. The income generated from this initiative will allow her to undertake progressive improvement projects to make her home even more welcoming and enjoyable.

To bring this idea to life, Monique enlisted the services of Bruyère & Mimosa Concierge, a dedicated team committed to providing complete management for the short-term rental of her home. With this partnership, Monique can relish the idea of sharing her little piece of paradise while benefiting from professional and personalized support to optimize the rental of her home.

The rental of the property :

Weekly rental price in high season: €1,690 (net of Airbnb commission) Number of weeks rented during the summer (excluding the 3 weeks planned with her family): 5

The service billing :

  • Bruyère & Mimosa Concierge's commission in high season: 30%

  • Maintenance fees for short-term rental property (cleaning, exterior maintenance, laundry, etc.): €160 per rental (these are integrated into the rental price and directly paid by the travelers at the time of booking). The cleaning fees that we have advanced for the rentals appear in the monthly invoice we send you, and they are to be reimbursed to us.

  • Restocking fees: €30 per week (for consumables and small welcoming gestures for travelers upon their arrival).

Calculation of rental income :

Income generated for 5 weeks: €1,650 x 5 = €8,250

Calculation of our commission in high season: 30% x €8,250 = €2,475

Calculation of cleaning fees advanced by Bruyère & Mimosa Concierge: €160 x 5 rentals = €800

Calculation of restocking fees for 5 weeks: €30 x 5 = €150

Income directly received by Monique: €8,250 – €2,475 – €800 – €150 = €4,825

Monique will thus earn €4,825 for 5 weeks of rental during the summer.

Property maintenance pricing

We offer a comprehensive management service to ensure the maintenance and supply of your home, even outside of the seasonal rental periods. This service includes:

  • Our direct involvement in performing routine tasks (such as dropping off and picking up linens from the laundry, running errands for your property, etc.) detailed in the table below with the corresponding rate.

  • The engagement of our partner service providers (cleaning services, gardening, laundry, etc).

  • Facilitate access for service providers to your property (travel, opening and closing of the property)
